Dr. Biplabendu Talukder is a highly distinguished specialist in Immuno-Haematology and Blood Transfusion with over 23 years of extensive experience. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Immuno-Haematology and Blood Transfusion (IHBT) at the prestigious Medical College Kolkata. Beyond his clinical and academic roles, he holds the significant responsibility of State Program Officer for SBC & HCP in West Bengal.
